Sensitive Electronic Weighing Scales

Problem

High static charges on components being weighed on sensitive electronic scales can cause several major problems:

1. Operators can receive painful unpleasant shocks leading to poor morale.

2. The corruption of electronic data and displays.

3. Total electronic failure of weighing equipment.

4. Contamination of the products being weighed.

Solution

The correct positioning of a Pulsed DC ionising bar will ensure long range ionisation and the neutralisation of three dimensional objects much larger than the bar deployed.

Personnel shocks, contamination and electronic corruption or failure due to static charges will be eliminated providing the perfect environment for sensitive weighing operations.
