Problem

• Digital printing dries paper causing collation and knocking up problems.
• A second issue is where the edge trim sticks to the walls of the waste bin backing up till it blocks the edge trimming knives.
• Operators removing the waste bin for disposal will receive capacitive electrostatic shocks from the metal bin

Solution

Positioning a 915 bar next to the waste shoot over the bin will prevent the waste backing up removing the problem of blockages and electrostatic discharges to operators.

Mounting a Meech 915 bar between the conveyer and sheeter prevents the electrostatic charges generated by the 915 bar being concentrated by the metal frame of the conveyer and sheeter.
