Problem

Small charged components that have the same polarity charge will repel each other and be forced out of the feeder bowl.

Solution

Solution 1 - In situations where small charged components with the same polarity charge repel each other and are ejected from the bowl, it is recommended that a Model 935 ionised air blower be positioned over the feeder bowl.

Solution 2 - Where small charged components stick to the sides of the bowl and therefore are unable to feed, air is not required and it is recommended that a Model 976 Pulsed DC Bar be positioned above the feeder bowl.
